DIRECTIONS
Dissolve approximately one and a half tablespoons (7000mg/7g) into hot or cold liquids or food.
Internally: Mix into any hot or cool food or beverage. Odourless & tasteless.
Externally: Add 1-2 tablespoons in a cup, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Mix until its a thick paste, apply to face & neck, leave for 15-30mins. Wipe off a warm cloth. Skin feels soft, tight & plump afterwards.
