Step 1:
Step into a bath infused with 1 capful or 2 of Sleep Better Bath Oil. Breathe in the warm, blissful aroma of Jasmine, Sandalwood and Lavender as you close your eyes, lie back and relax.
Step 2:
After your bath, warm your Sleep Better Massage and Body Oil between your palms. Close your eyes and breathe in the aroma. Massage into your skin with gentle sweeping movements and enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
