Kfibre is a high nutrient prebiotic fibre supplement made with 100% virgin sugarcane, however HFS removes 95% of the sugar. Kribre is a whole-plant prebiotic which naturally contains a balance of both fermentable and insoluble fibre benefits. Directions for use in drinks: One full sachet is equivalent to one full serve (1.5g) mix with your choice of drink (200ml). Beginner’s Gut: If supplementing this product for the first time start with half a sachet twice a day for the first 14 days and increase to full sachet once or twice a day once adjusted. Standard Gut: Take one serve (full sachet) once or twice a day as required, drink plenty of water. Storage Instructions: Store below 25°C in a cool dry place. Do not use if freshness seal is damaged.
