Fully mineralised moist sea salt is of the highest potency containing minerals and natural trace elements essential to the body’s daily needs. The good salt breaks down the complex carbohydrates of grains and vegetables for better digestion. Fully mineralised natural salt does not create thirst and assists in hydration.
Moist coarse Sea Salt crystals are best stored in natural clay or wooden containers that allow the salt to “breathe”. These Coarse Crystals are ideal for use with our Ceramic Salt & Spice Grinder, please follow drying instructions on the back of the pouch prior to filling your grinder.

Freight Terms and Conditions:
- All orders will be sent via the most economical method, PO Boxes may not be acceptable.
- Please allow 300g for packaging with orders in weight limits mentioned above.
- All orders are sent with Authority to Leave. This means the courier leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. If there isn’t a safe place, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Parcel Connect collection point or back to the local depot.
