Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil, Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil, Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood) bark oil, Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) peel oil, Juniper communis (Juniper) fruit oil, Litsea cubeba (May Chang) fruit oil.
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Escape Blend to your diffuser.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.
CAUTION:

  • Do not ingest
  • Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with kidney disease or poor kidney function.
  • This blend contains citrus oils that may cause photosensitivity. Avoid sunlight for 12 hours after topical application
  • Keep out of reach of children. Use in a diffuser for young children
