Serving suggestion:
1g on an empty stomach, preferably an hour before bed.
Tips:
Taking tryptophan off the spoon followed by coconut water or juice is a great way to absorb tryptophan, as it has low solubility in water.
Low degree heated water (up to 30°C) will aid solubility if unable to take off the spoon. Excessive heating is not recommended as it will affect the stability of the product.
