Direction: Rinse your mouth thoroughly with 15 mL of mouthwash for 30 seconds, twice a day: once in the morning and once before bedtime, after brushing your teeth. Caution: Shake well before use. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Store at room temperature away from heat and direct sunlight.
