Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules 1-3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.
Children over 12 years old: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.
Warnings

Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are
present or if you develop diarrhoea. Seek medical advice immediately if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use.
