Ingredients: Yerba maté green & roasted (Ilex paraguariensis), Aloe vera bits (Aloe barbadensis), Coconut flakes (Cocos nucifera), Pineapple pieces (Ananas comosus).
Direction for Use: Place 1 tea bag in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
