Ingredients: Black tea (Camellia sinensis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Rose petals (Rosa centifolia), Mallow (Malva sylvestris), Natural Mango & Oil of bergamot flavour.
Direction for Use: Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve with or without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
