Note – The hotter the temperature of the water, the stronger your brew will be. You can control the strength of the brew by measuring the temperature of the water.
2.Swirl the water around to rinse out any impurities from the tea.
3.Discard of this water leaving behind the wet tea leaves in your infuser.
4.Pour hot water in your teapot (500ml) and leave to steep for 3-4 minutes.
5.Once the tea has steeped, remove your tea filter to stop the infusion process.
6.You can reuse the tea 4 – 5 times.
