Prenatal Methyl contains 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), a biologically active form of folate which supports a healthy pregnancy and healthy foetal development. It also contains zinc which supports reproductive system health and preconception health in healthy males and females.

B Vitamin support without folate or vitamin B12 so you can supplement with those separately. Starter B contains active forms of Vitamin B2 and vitamin B6. It also contains Nicotinamide (Niacin), which is involved in approximately 200 enzymatic reactions in the body and Riboflavin which is involved in the activation of folate.

Multi B support with methyl folate and methyl B12. May support and assist methylation reactions.
Contains the activated forms of B Vitamins that your body can readily absorb and use. Other forms of B Vitamins need to be converted into an active form before the body can use them. It contains the methylated forms of both folate and B12 to help support methylation dependent body processes.
Practitioners are recommended to advise their patients to commence with Starter B and B12 before using any methylated forms of folate. Capsule can be opened and the powder mixed into food or smoothies as directed by your practitioner.
